Three consecutive years of GVSETS Best Paper recognition.
Research coauthored by DAOSoft’s team and U.S. Army collaborators received Best Paper recognition in the Digital Engineering / Systems Engineering technical session in 2024, 2025 and 2026. The 2026 paper also received Best Overall Paper recognition. GVSETS is the Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering & Technology Symposium, organized by the NDIA Michigan Chapter.

Two issued U.S. patents.
The inventions address complementary aspects of decision work: adapting alternatives as information changes and engaging human expertise within the process.
- US 11,531,501 B1, granted December 20, 2022 — Collaborative decision making in dynamically changing environment. Connects AI-supported decision workflows, evolving alternatives, knowledge graphs and human approval.Read patent 11,531,501
- US 11,941,500 B2, granted March 26, 2024 — System for engagement of human agents for decision-making in a dynamically changing environment. Addresses contributor selection, information needs and tailored elicitation.Read patent 11,941,500
The grants share a priority lineage and identify Agile Systems LLC as assignee. Patent issuance does not certify product performance or establish competitor exclusion.
Named in an Army decision-management topic.
The Army’s Agentic-AI, Schema-Driven Decision Management topic identifies DAOSoft as an existing COTS application with advanced structured decision and trade-study capability. It also references the team’s 2025 paper.
The topic describes the AI/LLM workflow as partially developed, seeks further advances and invites solutions that extend or replace current capabilities. This is an explicit public reference to DAOSoft, not evidence of Army endorsement or a contract award.
Inspect the decision work.
Follow the synthetic engineering case through alternatives analysis, new evidence and a changed commitment. Review its outcomes and limits, then ask to see the workflow in the platform.
Understand what each source establishes.
The patents document issued inventions; the awards recognize research papers. The Army topic establishes a stated need and names an existing capability. The synthetic case illustrates decision work. Evaluate product fit through a demonstration focused on your organization’s needs.
Inspect the research. Then evaluate the product fit.
